How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay.
Why might my order arrive in more than one parcel?
If you order several pieces, they may ship separately. Each parcel comes with its own tracking link.
Products & Materials
What are your pieces made of?
Our jewelry is made from stainless steel, finished in silver or gold tones. Stainless steel is tarnish-resistant, does not rust, and holds up to daily wear.
Will the gold finish wear off?
The finish is applied to last. Keep perfume and abrasive cleaners off the piece and it will hold its colour.
Are the watches water-resistant?
Water resistance varies by model. As a general rule, our watches handle splashes and rain without trouble, but should not be worn for swimming or in the shower.
How should I store my pieces?
Dry and separate. A soft pouch or a lined box stops pieces from scratching each other.
Sizing
How do I find my ring size?
Take a ring you already wear, measure the inner diameter in millimetres, and match it to the size listed on the product page. If you do not have one to hand, wrap a strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure that length — that is your finger circumference.
Which chain length should I choose?
18 inches sits at the base of the neck, 20 inches falls just below the collarbone, and 22 inches sits mid-chest. If you plan to layer two chains, choose lengths at least two inches apart.

Orders & Payment
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify’s encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as you can. If the order has not shipped yet, we can usually still make the change.
Returns
Can I return an order?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase. The full conditions are set out in our return policy.
